Spruce A Room 2011 @ Joshua Station

What a joy it was to create a warm and inviting home for a family in need. Thank you for those of you who gave financially, bought items, and came to help us "Spruce these Rooms!" Now, a new Joshua Station family will have a place to spend the holidays! We were honored to be a part of such a great project with awesome people!
Words can not describe how thankful we are to be here in the city of Denver serving His people.

Cares Mentoring Opportunity with the Henderson's

We have had the honor to become Cares mentors to teams here in the Denver area. It is such a fun role being able to love, encourage, and give helpful tips to other Cares teams. Here are some pictures from a Fall Event @ the Lowry Heights Community with Zack & Desiree Henderson. We love them and are very proud to be their mentors!

Fall Pancake Breakfast at Joshua Station!

On a cold fall morning we served some yummy hot pancakes to the residents at Joshua Station. The residents were thankful and their tummies were too!

Thankful for Faithfulness

We just want to say thank you to all our faithful financial supporters of Martin Missions Inc. Money is not a topic that comes comfortable for many but as we all know, money is needed to pay for the basics of life. It is a pleasure for us to take a new believer out to coffee and share our faith, give a ride to a friend in need of transportation, or simply provide a meal for a family in need. We do not say it enough, thank you for your commitment to growing the Kingdom one person, one family at a time.
You are valuable to us and we appreciate you.

Choices...

An act of selecting or making a decision when faced with two or more possibilities.

When talking with the people who God chooses for us to minister to there is always conversation about choices. The power of choice is a huge thing. The choice to leave or go, continue or quit, be connected or isolated, stay on coarse or fall off the boat. We celebrate and want to jump up and down when good choices are made and we cry and our hearts ache when bad choices are made. We have no control over the choices which people make. We love unconditionally, continue to reach out, and be available no matter what. It's tough sometimes, but the Lord knows that. He is the ultimate example of how to love no matter what choice is made. As His creation, we choose things over Him, choose to reject, even to ignore Him. However, we have a choice, we can choose today to love Him, accept Him, and be used by Him.

Thanks for choosing to be a part of our journey in sharing the love of Christ.
