So Ladies- Don't donate your clothes just yet, save them for an Exchange!
So far we are planning a Denver Ladies Clothing Exchange in March
and a Fort Worth Ladies Clothing Exchange in June.
Stay tuned for the dates!

Do you think it would be fun to have an Exchange at your house?
I'd love to come host one with you. Just open your doors, invite your friends, and I (Wendy) will take care of the rest!
Let's chat and plan one together!

Let us know if you would like to help us with any of these great opportunities to serve.
These are only some of the events we get to host in our city over the next couple months.

Please continue to pray for us as we:
Host three events per month & make weekly welcome visits at our community the Parkway

Happy Fall Y'all!!!

It's that time of year again.. the leaves are changing, the air is turning cooler, and the smell of pumpkin spice and everything nice is ever present! Wow, it's a wonderful time of year!

Shall we catch you up on what's been happening in our world?
The summer was filled with fun events at our Parkway community. To name a few, monthly Breakfast on the Go, Taco Night, Summer Luau Pool Party, Wild Wild West Pool Party, Movie Under the Stars Pool Party, Doggie Day at the Pool, and the list goes on of exciting ways we have had the opportunity to connect with our residents in our downtown community. Last weekend, we had a delicious Pancake Breakfast and now we are gearing up for our holiday events such as a Thanksgiving Dinner the week before Thanksgiving and our Holiday Come & Go Party in December. Oh how we love hosting events at the Parkway with Cares by Apartment Life.

We are excited to say our church family has a new home! Denver United has been meeting on the Denver University campus for four years now doing church mobile with amazing volunteers who would set up and tear down "the church" every week. We are now blessed with a new building on 660 S. Broadway Denver, CO! You want to know the part we love so much? It's in DOWNTOWN!
Having our church downtown is so awesome because we can easily invite our community and those we meet in the city to be a part of our church family.

And last but definitely not least... WE HAD A BABY!

The day we dreamed of for so long... holding our precious baby in our arms for the first time became a reality on August 7th, 2013. Willow Jewel Martin, our daughter, is such a blessing. Words can not describe the love we have for her. We are honored and privileged to call Willow Jewel ours.
As we continue to serve our city, now with our new little member of Martin Missions, would you pray for us? Willow has joined us in all our events we have hosted so far and as we have prayed she seems to be a lover of people. She loves to watch everyone, smile, and make eye contact with all people she encounters that is until she goes back to sleep... she is really good at that as well!

If you are interested in joining us to serve
here's where we could use your help...

Weekly Monday Night Welcome Visits
Help Matt welcome our new residents door to door
(During this newborn season this is a big help to us)
 @ the Parkway 6:30-7:30pm

Thanksgiving Dinner
November 21st 6:30-7:30pm @ Parkway Clubhouse

Holiday Come & Go Party
December 10th 7-8pm @ Parkway Clubhouse

Let us know if you'd like to join us in serving our community.

So there it is, the cliff notes version of what's been happening in our world. We'd love to go into more detail with you if you'd like. Give us a call anytime, shoot us an email, or let's meet for coffee.
We'd like to hear how you are doing as well.

Enjoy this beautiful fall y'all!!

In Christ's love,
Matt, Wendy, and Willow Martin
